Well we are two days into the new year. I have dusted off the body bug. OK.. I've been wearing it all along (mostly). However we got a new scale (the old one was no longer accurate! You could get on it 3 different times in a row and get 3 different reading of 10# differences! So we now have a new scale. Did we throw out the old one? Heck no! I have 3 scales lined up in my bathroom. The joke is "if you don't like what one says just keep buying another one tell it tells you what you want".

I know have an accurate reading scale. YUCK! I like the broken one better it reads less on a good day... emoticon

So I have reset my weight on my body bug, and I will be resetting it not he tracker here too. I hate that as it's UP! IT's time to get serious and drop this weight back down again! I have no excuses! I have a awesome pre core, and a bike on a trainer, and dvd's swim classes and triathlon training group all lined up!

We just bought a new cookbook. Donut man just picked it up for me. We will be following the meal plan in it for one whole month. Weather we like it or not. I think we can stick to it for one month and then pick what we like and want to try. We need a jump start boost.

I will try and get back to blogging daily my activity levels. Probably not exciting stuff this time around as it will be a lot of indoor stuff for the next month or so until the weather and my job easy up a bit.

I go back to work on monday for the rest of the month. I'm happy about that but I leave when it's dark, and home when it's dark... so the home gym will be my new best friend.

As I didn't blog yesterday I will start with a recap of it:

I did the pre core for 50 min! emoticon (now see how exciting that is for a blog)

Today I have done the pre core for 60min (got an est. 5 miles) A little later I will do some spin cycle for about 30-40 min before going out to dinner with the donut man.

We are headed to Apple bees for dinner. They have a new 500 calorie or less dishes on their menue. Hope some thing looks good.

So not a exciting blog more just an account ability blog at this point.
