Ate good yesterday, and got in my exercise. Today I dropped 6/10 ths of a lb. I got in an early game of basketball for 75 minutes, but somehow twisted my neck while playing. I can turn my head, but it hurts when I tilt it side to side ( so I try not to do that emoticon ). It hurts on my right side. I tried reading on my back with no pillows, but it just aches some, no matter what I do.

I had 5 scrambled eggs, and one serving of diced peaches for breakfast, and 3 ozs of cheese for my snack during the game. Cooking up Lunch of chicken, tomatoes, and onion, and going to read, and hopefully sleep some more this afternoon. I cut up my chicken for dinner. I plan to cook it up, then add it to my green beans when I cook them.

No one seems to have any plums, or apricots, which is what I wanted, so I found some tiny cups of diced peaches with " No Sugar Added ". I plan to hit the fruit market, and get some plums to have every other day. Just wanted to explain why I am not eating fresh fruit.

Only losing .6 lbs may not be a lot, but if I keep up this pace, I will lose 218 lbs this year.. lol. I will be lighter than I was at birth. Right now, I just need some consistency, and losing 3 lbs a week would be nice. Besides my neck, I feel pretty good. Hopefully a nice long hot shower helps loosen the muscles up.

Nothing on T.V. today, but I am starting to get amped up over the start of Biggest Loser on Sunday. Only 4 days to go! They still haven't put up who the contestants are as far as I can tell.

Well, my lunch is starting to smell good, so I am off to feast on it. Have a great day!

    I think most larger supermarkets have fruits packed without sugar. Here, they have peaches, pears, grapefruit, etc - also fruit cocktail.

    Concerning fruit, you might want to check out the choice for dried fruit online. Many are available, often on raw vegan websites that don't have any additives for apricots, peaches and other stone fruit.
