I finally got all my goals, baby steps and camera setup and now im ready to show my stats. Well i know i ate bad for nearly 3 weeks and i know i haven't exercised with any purpose for nearly as long so when i saw my photos i wasnt suprised, i was a little pleased when i saw my weight and totally shocked at how many inches i had put on ( 6 inches overall on my arms legs waist and hips eeek!) I am going to blog once a month and log my results although i will weigh each week for my challenges but the scale tends to be all over the place so i think its a good idea to keep record once a month to see some change so i don't give up!
I would like to lose 10lbs this month which is alot for me but i think i can do it as some weight maybe water and junk so maybe i'll lose the most this month and id love to be goal by my birthday but not hoping on it because i want to establish the consistency here not another crash attempt. My realistic goal is 5lbs by January 31st and increased energy. I am trying to just make one decision at a time like do i really want a cookie or cereal late at night not the all or nothing approach.This month i will just walk everyday where possible and keep active during the day.
I need to forget all my failed attempts at losing weight and start a fresh, so although my photo's and measurements are alittle embarrising im using them as a starting point to prove i need to do something everyday not just lose weight.I'm hoping by the end of the month to see real change in myself not just physically but also how well im doing with the housework and my general energy levels.
Here are my stats as of today:
Waist : 28.5 inches
Hips : 34.5 inches
Thigh : 22 inches
Arms : 11 inches
By the end of the month i hope to reach my goal of getting it done thats all not perfection or any number just the satiisfaction of knowing i have been on track at least 60% of the time instead of only 5%.
I know i can do it i just need to be more patient.
