So, as I said above in the video I have decided to do a video blog about once a month. Itís pretty nerve wracking actually. :0) Where do you look? Am I talking too loud? Am I speaking clearly? Do I really look like that? Is this even going to work? LOL
2013 is a year of change for me. I will be turning 40 in March and after being a stay at home mom for the past 16 years I am finding me again.
I am setting daily goals, weekly goals and monthly goals.
My daily goals for this week are:
*Get up and moving in the morning
*Turn off the computer after my morning rounds (email, facebook, news, Spark)
*Journal and gratitude journal
*Do the 5 minute daily challenge
*Drink 8 glasses of water
*Make smart choices with food and portion size.
*Take some time to do my hair and face (I donít have to wait till I am thin-ner to take some girly time for myself)
*LIVE in the MOMENT!
Daily goals will become more intense as I progress but for now itís more about sticking to and forming new healthy habits! Weekly goals are more in depth and personal. Monthly goals are projects around the house that I need to complete.
