getting started

I am really looking forward to tracking what I eat! I am going to try and eat tons of fruit and veggies. I am going to cook a healthy meal every night! I would also like to try and have a couple meat free meals throughout the week. I am going to plan out my dinners for the week. I am going to search for some new and exciting recipes and get a shopping list together for tomorrow! I really want to start cooking with my girls more often. My little one will eat anything and I want to encourage my older one to be more adventurous. I am going to bite the bullet and start exercising. I don't know why I hate doing it but I imagine I am not the only one. One of my resolutions is to get to sleep by 10pm every night. I want a steady bedtime for my girls as well. I need to wake up well rested and by 6 am every morning. I can do this one small step at a time!!!
