Well, I'm starting fresh!

It's my first day back to work after the Christmas holidays and to be completely honest...I feel like crap!! My pants are too tight, I've had heart burn all day, I have no energy, I'm tired and I just don't feel well.

I'm blaming it all on lack of exercise and the terrible diet over the past month!

So it's always good to reach January....to start over again! This is the worst I've felt in a couple of years...and it's a great lesson learned!!

Starting today, I'm tracking, drinking water, and moving again. I'm going to register for a half marathon in May...so training will start next week!

Hopefully in a couple of days I'll feel much better than I do right now!! A few salads, some exercise and a couple good nights sleep....and then I'm on my way!!

    Hi Run Girl - I actually did a half in 2011. I didn't do it well...but I did it. This year I'd like to do one and feel good about it...and hopefully not hit a wall! haha!

It's not even about doing the half...it's about having a goal and training. It seems that if I sign for a run, then I do the training (because I'm too cheap to spend the money and not train and attend the race! haha)

    Same here!! Too much food over the holidays..once the routine is back we will be good!!!!

Your doing a half marathon??! Its on my bucket list

How do you get up the nerve to register!!!!??
