Well, I'm starting fresh!
It's my first day back to work after the Christmas holidays and to be completely honest...I feel like crap!! My pants are too tight, I've had heart burn all day, I have no energy, I'm tired and I just don't feel well.
I'm blaming it all on lack of exercise and the terrible diet over the past month!
So it's always good to reach January....to start over again! This is the worst I've felt in a couple of years...and it's a great lesson learned!!
Starting today, I'm tracking, drinking water, and moving again. I'm going to register for a half marathon in May...so training will start next week!
Hopefully in a couple of days I'll feel much better than I do right now!! A few salads, some exercise and a couple good nights sleep....and then I'm on my way!!
