Last year I was quite successful with my goals. Unfortunately I did gain back about 10 pounds, but I have a feeling a few of those are just bloat from the holidays. So here goes some goals for this year.
1.Lose that 10, plus 20 more.
2. Be able to do 20 pushups
3. Find more activities to do with the kids
4. Find a part time job that doesn't interfere too much with family or Zumba
5. become a better cook
6. keep a cleaner home
I know already that sticking with Zumba and walk away the pounds will help, plus I need to get into a regular strength training routine, and work on keeping my cholesterol down. Drinking more water will help as well.
