For anyone who has already had saute' cabbage with onion, you left me in the dark.
I made this for lunch today after stumbling upon it at a friends house two years ago. We were invited over for dinner and last Sunday while at a dinner party she said to me she wanted my recipe for my Italian squash soup and I said okay but you made this recipe at your house once and all I can remember is that it had cabbage in it and not boiled; I loved it. She laughed and said it is saute' cabbage with onions.
Would it be okay if I ate this for lunch everyday, easy to make, has carbs, I threw in some flax seed and saute' in flax seed oil. Easy is my philosophy and I don't have to put much thought into lunch, next time I think I will throw in some quinoa.
