January 2013, Time for some goals!!

This year I have decided to not make any New Years Resolutions. I find when I do, I always end up giving up on them by mid January!! I will not be rushing to the latest fitness craze, or fad diet, trying to lose an X amount of weight by the end of the year. What I am doing is taking it month by month that way, failure is not an option!

So with that here are my goals for January 2013!!

-Complete January Jumpstart with Sparkpeople.com
-Run/Walk 15 Miles Per week
-Weigh in at 168 By the end of January (Current Weight 174)
-The Weather is getting better, and I have been dying to get outside, so possibly attempt my first walk/run outdoors ( I have to get the proper gear, but thanks to New Years all the gear I need is on sale!!)

I hope everyone has a great New Year, and achieves all the goals or resolutions they have set for themselves. I am ready to continue moving forward, I have already lost 25 pounds and 4 dress sizes, with a little bit of hard work and determination it pays off!!
