Today I woke up with a little tightness in my back but once I walked around some it would relax. It is feeling a lot better today so I hope to start the January Jumpstart Challenge real soon. I donít want to start it the second my back is better because I can reinjure it. I am going to take things slow and build up the strength in my lower back and core. Once I feel a difference Iím going to challenge myself more. The funny thing is, is that for the past couple weeks Iíve been working on my legs and arms without even knowing it. Since I could only move in certain ways I had to use my arms and legs more. My arms feel a little stronger and so does my thighs. Now I just have to keep it up.
