I just started (again) to track my foods. Long story shortened, I was doing weight watchers and picked up a food allergy. I couldn't eat any raw fruit or veggies for almost 6 months. Now it just seems to have went away. Right or wrong, it completely threw me off the track I was on. Added to that, I had the stress of moving. We are now settled and I'm ready to get back on plan. I'm not technically doing weight watchers anymore, but I am following their guidelines.
So Please Please Please - review what I'm doing, and give advise where it seems appropriate. I know I'll not be perfect all the time, but as long as I feel good about where I am, I am succeeding!
Right now I am at 27 points a day.
