After a few days of too much food, but excellent fitness choices, I am doing ok. I had three days off with my husband and that created many eating challenges. He is great and kind of supportive of my eating healthy. However, fitting all three meals with his non-diet meals was not very successful. Next time I will be better prepared. It was a good lesson to learn.
The huge positive is the lack of guilt for eating more than needed AND the amount of exercise I got. For that my man is awesome and really kept me honest. Again, that is a good lesson to have learned.
I have loads to-do today. I find being productive and busy really limits the mindless eating or boredom hunger. Another great lesson learned, go 2013!
