New Year, New Plan

Today I started my new plan to lose weight and get healthier. I started a journal again! Each day I will record daily doings , meals and snacks eaten, and exercise done. I also set a weekly goal and a monthly goal. I also decided on rewards for meeting my goals. I have maintained my weight for several months, but it's time to move forward and get things done.
