My day started off really good! I dropped the kids off at school, came home and ran 3.1 miles on the treadmill and felt great. I showered and then did some tracking on sparkpeople. After that I sat down, had a cup of delicious coffee while reading in Joshua. Now, I am eating a healthy lunch of venision, roasted potatoes and raw carrots with water. I have to pick up the kids from school and then will be planning the rest of my afternoon.

    Great job ! Wow, I wished i could do that! I have arthritis and can only do so much with my bad joints but it helps to excercise for sure! I so miss walking to the woods in the summer and snows too deep and dangerous for me so i just do things inside! emoticon m emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon BONNIE

    Nice job on the treadmill today. My day was so so, got some clothes washed and put away, finished a jewelry project for a friends birthday, and got some reading and sparking done. Tonight will do some type of spark workout at home annd plan to go swimmimg at the Y.
