Work in progress! Get in those squats!!!

And it's day 2 whereas I've began the day eating very well. I've gotten in the oatmeal and 4 egg whites. I'll be eating the same as yesterday so I'm prepared for 4 other protein shakes today with one veggie salad, and I need not forget to get in plenty of H2O.
In addition, I've got in 100 leg lifts and 100 squats. I'll be back to p ost the last 100 leg lifts and 100 squats for today. And yes, I'm completing the squats with 5# weights so the arms are getting a work out also.
I'm back, just like I said I would.
And even better than planned. I fit in an 80 min walk around the park while getting in 3 mi and burning 385 calories. WOOT! WOOT! SOOOOOO...I even got in 100 wide leg squats with 15# in tow and 100 leg lifts. This completes my goal of 200 squats. Yea baby! Today is an "in it to win it!"
Another good day in my mini-paradise!
