Reaching my goal weight

Last year I was suppose to reach my goal weight. I was on track to do so and could have had I just stayed more focused. I quit two jobs last year, started my own business and moved. It was an adjustment year, that is for sure. I know why I gained the weight I did, I know what I need to change.
This year I'm going to do just that. I will reach my goal weight! I have what I need to get back to eating so I have energy, feel good about myself and am not icky feeling all the time. I really noticed that my eating changed. My exercise took a hit because of my nutrition; getting them both back on track will help my accomplish everything.
