Well kids, we survived 2012.
The world didn’t end (I’m shocked… no really…)
And now it’s time to get plans and goals in order for 2013. Last year I had kind of an epic list of goals, reached most of them too, but then life got in the way in a serious way. I got hurt and sick and work has been insane for months…. I let go of (not gave up on) the last of my goals for 2012 so I could still finish the year encouraged and motivated (and with some semblance of sanity)
Last year I learned so much about what works for me and what doesn’t, I learned that I CAN be “THAT” chick. You know the one. That healthy chick, that strong chick, that chick people ask for advice and help, that chick that can wake up early and workout, that chick that can perform in front of a crowd (and rock the show!) That chick that makes healthy choices when everyone else around her is not.
This year is MY YEAR to fully become THAT chick
I will reach my goals and I will make this the best year yet!
I have fitness goals, spiritual goals, getting my house in order goals, get my life in order goals

And because of the Hobbit coming out (I’m a HUGE Tolkien geek) I’m going to walk the same distance Bilbo did going There & Back Again. It will take about 5.5 miles a day (or more some days less others)

50 “boy” push ups
Run a 10K distance (maybe not a race, but the distance)
Read at least 6 of my spiritual books this year
Complete my year of meditations book (started yesterday)
Observe the 4 main festivals of the year
Finish unpacking from the move (last June)
Remove clutter from whole house
Remove as many chemicals from my life as possible
Have designs laid down for 1 line of costumes
Begin Yoga teacher training
There they are, all my goals for the year…. Well at least till I add to them, hehe
Now to change up my Sparkpage ENTIRELY
Because I do that, every year or so...

I forgot to mention that I plan to weigh in officially ONLY on the first of the month and keep track of my measurements.
ALSO My man got me a pole for Giftmas! I have my own pole at home now and that will be a HUGE part of my fitness this year
