So, I decided to go see a nutritionist at the suggestion of a friend of mine.
Well, I kinda knew what she was going to say before I even got there - you need to add more vegetables to your diet.
But I don't like them!!!
I am not motivated to try them - I know I don't like them.
I sound like a 7 year old that won't try the brocolli on her plate.....
So, I am thinking, I need to set some mini-goals for myself....perhaps trying 1 vegetable a month, cooked in different ways, until I find a way that I like to cook that certain vegetable?
But where to start???
