Happy Wednesday and short work week. Going strong today! Tracked my food intake and plan to walk at work and add that all in too. Then later on this evening I am going to do another round of Just Dance 4!! I love the work out mode (or sweat mode as they call it). Lots of fun.
And big step just now - someone brought in lots of cookies probably left over from the holidays and I just walked on by them. Yea me!!
