Gained 1.2 lbs this week

Wednesday, January 02, 2013

I am pretty sure I am not going to make my goal that I set in our Holiday Wellness Challenge at work. I would have to drop 7 lbs this week. Darn it, but I am not throwing in the towel for sure. I couldn't believe I gained a lb when I have been eating less and using Zeal Weight Management Products to help me. Of course I did eat and ENTIrE 1/2 gallon of French Silk ice cream saturday and sunday. emoticon
Here I go, back in the saddle again.....

I feel MUCH better today! I tracked everything yesterday and stayed in calorie and nutrition range. Woo hoo. And today I am adding working out at the Wellness Center after work.

    Thanks for the support!

Thanks MaryAnn. I really like that we had this Holiday Wellness Challenge. Pretty sure the point was to keep us from gaining. I know I have neer lost during the holidays before so I reckon I will go ahead and run with this deal.

I admire how you keep up with folks on here and keep up with your fitness minutes.

I think you did very well, considering the season we just came through. I always seem to gain the "Santa 7" over this time of year, but this year I only managed the "Santa 5." These pounds that come on quickly, usually disappear just as quick. All the best on your challenge and the New Year.
