It's day 2 of 2013. Yesterday I worked all day starting at 4:30 am so other than eating right and tracking it I didn't exercise like planned. I did cleaning at work which did make me sweat.
So far today since I don't work until 11 am I have ate breakfast, sat in front of my SAD light, and did a video from Spark People. Now to just continue to eat right today and I am all set with today's goals.
I bought a calender in Dec for a buck for 2013 I've filled it out with exercise plans what I will do each day if it's rest or if it's a video or gym.. I hope that this will help make better habits that I can keep to.
