My 365 day Streak started yesterday... Fitness Commitement is my Streak. 25 minutes of exercise everyday at home and 6-8 hours at the gym every week.
My weight goal is 1.5-2 pds a week and 8-10 pds a month. Very doable for me. i ended 2012 on a 9 week losing Streak.. So for 2013 i want to at least double it. If my plan goes right...And it will i will be at goal by November.
I see myself in that smaller size... and in a gorgeous dress for My Best Friends Wedding. I WILL DO THIS......
