All in all I feel great. I have been preparing for my weight loss adventure for awhile now. I'm consistent with tracking my food, I drink my water and I have clarified my goals and motivation. I am committed to 30 straight days of exercise- even just 10 minutes.
I don't feel any anxiety or trepidation. I know that if I embrace the system it will work for me. I honestly believe I am really ready. I plan on staying plugged in and focused.
I am actually looking forward to my first weigh in next Monday.
