New goals

I plan on walking every day at least for 80 minutes. Run 10 minutes. Eat all of the good for me foods. Fortunately I love all fruits and veggies. I am going to lose at least 40 pounds. I want to get down to 130 pounds. I know I will have to do this slowly. If I do it too fast, I will quit and then it will be all for nothing. Happy New Year sparkers!!
