Goal Setting

I read the blog I wrote last year with my 2012 goals and I did not meet any of them, really! The only goal I met in 2012 was meeting Susie face to face! While that was a worthy goal and a great one met, the other ones were important for my health as well and I did not meet them. Soooo, I'm making it as simple as possible, because I want to meet some this year, so babysteps is the way! Below are my goals, I will re-evaluate once I meet them and add more. I will also try updating at least once a week on these...

1. Make reading my Bible and spending time with God a priority
2. Work back up to drinking 8+ cups of water/day
3. Start a streak of exercising 10-15 minutes a day, minimum
