I am back and ready to Jumpstart my 2013!

Good Morning All! I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Years! We wish you all the best in 2013!

We had a nice week away. Nice to relax and just play for once! I got addicted to the kids new 3DS’s they got. They are so much fun. Miss those monkies! Dropped them off at Grammy and Papaw’s yesterday on the way home from Grandpa’s. So must get organized before they come home Saturday so we can play a lil more before me and the kids return to school Monday. Christmas was wonderful. Loved spending the days at Grammy’s and Papaws and then spending the week at Grandpa’s. Kids got everything they wished for and then some. So they had lots of fun playing this week. News Year Eve I was in and out of sleep from about 10-12 but I woke up for the ball drop.
It was interested trying to get thru my Newsfeed for the last 8 days. I know I didn’t make it thru everything so hopefully nothing important lol. Now just to get rid of my 540 plus emails :/ and updating my spark 

My resolution this year is to get back on track to a healthy lifestyle. Fell off the wagon the latter part of 2012 and gained back all the weight I lost and then some. I feel like crap again and it stinks. Back to tracking my calories in and out and back to my fitness program. Planning to start my new Zumba Exhilarate set today that my Momma got for me  Not even going to look back and recap on the bad things from 2012. Time to throw it all away and start fresh. Revising my goals for the year and going to focus on moving forward. I have done it before I can do it again! I would love to reach my goal weight by my 30th bday. Just 7 month and 14 days! Going to be here before I know it! But I must think short term…So my:

Goals as of January 2, 2013

Personal Enrichment
• Reward myself for reaching my goals
• Stay Motivated
• Take some time for ME (bath, movie, book)
• PLAY with the kids/dog
• Learn to reduce stress
• Don’t beat myself up when I don’t reach a goal
• Weigh in each Wednesday
• Only Count the planned exercise
• 1 day off of exercise per week

Weight Loss
Short-term
• Stay between 1200-1550 calories daily
• Burn 860 calories per week
• Lose 1-2 lbs per week
Long-Term
• Lose the entire 48.4 lbs by Aug 16, 2013
• This would bring me to my goal weight of 120 by my 30th bday
• I plan to maintain 120 by continuing to live a healthy lifestyle

• Cardio AT LEAST 10 minutes a day 6 days per week (Burn at least 860 cals per week)

    A great plan, and welcome back. emoticon You have some great goals for 2013, but the one that caught my eye was the ME time. I think that is very important for all of us, and helps us to attain our goals. Then there are the rewards for our accomplishments. We work hard, and deserve it.
