Challenge Day #1

So Im getting a late start on my January challenge... That's 10 min of exercise a day everyday this month.. I was planning on starting yesterday, but, it didn't happen. No excuse really...
My goals for today are to stay within my ranges, drink 8 glasses of water, 5 servings of fruits & veggies, and to get 10 min of exercise.
On another note, I am finally dying my hair today! Ive been trying to get it done since before xmas. My roots are like an inch long. Now that I have darker hair than my natural color my roots look awful even just a lil bit grown out.. My sister dyes my hair and she finally has time today to do it! Yay!!
