South Beach Day 1

Here I am again. Back to South Beach. It helped seven years ago. Let's see if it helps this time around. South Beach/Atkins/Calorie Counting. The combo is sure to do something.

Today's goal is 1200 calories tops and to start Phase One of South Beach. I bought the Nook book, since I got rid of my hard cover years ago.

40 bounds by Oct. 1. I can DO this.


Ooof. I forgot how limiting the first phase of South Beach is. Day 1 is done--and I'm drinking cup 8 of water right now. I can DO this. I NEED to do this.
