Happy New Year and January Goals

It has been a while since I blogged and I am going to once again attempt to make it at least a weekly habit.
Happy New Year to everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and is ready to conquer whatever resolutions and goals they have set for themselves this year!
I seem to be off to a slow start this New Year but I am determined to do whatever is necessary to succeed in the goals I set for myself. Setbacks of course will occur, but they will be limited and few and far between!!
1.) Lose 8 lbs. by Jan. 31
2.) Workout for at least 10 minutes per day
3.) Blog at least once per week.
4.) Tracking everything, everyday (no more skipping days!)
