I am so proud of you for turning your health habits around in December! You lost 8 pounds, but more importantly, you began eating healthier and exercising. You made a host of wonderful SparkFriends and gave and received support in that circle. And you got through the Christmas holidays without gaining weight!
Keep up the great work! And don't worry about the little slips. The scale will go up and down frustratingly ... it has nothing to do with your efforts. More important is how you feel each day and the long-term changes you're making in your lifestyle. The scale will eventually reflect your hard work, but don't let it control your thinking!
