Weight: 120.4 pounds
Cardio: walking the dog?
I thought for sure when I stepped on the scale this morning that I would be down from yesterday. Instead I am up .2 pounds. A minor fluctuation, I know, but in the wrong direction.
But I know what happened. I know I shouldn't have had pancakes at all yesterday, but I thought it would be a treat to start the new year. I forgot to make them for breakfast (had oatmeal cereal and a teeny piece of toast with peanut butter instead), then decided to make them for lunch.
That was my downfall, along with a piece of chocolate cake after supper.
Today is a new day. My hips are sore from walking with Leslie the last couple of days, so I am taking a break from a formal workout to give them a rest. But I have had a good walk with the dog, and am watching my food intake carefully. So far today I've had a small bowl of oatmeal cereal and a yogurt, along with coffee. I know it's not traditional 17DD fare...
