I do my best on New Year's day but I always find I'm on track with resolutions on January 2nd. My goals are ...more water, healthy eating and I will let things go...not my house :) but issues. I will not hold on to events, words assumptions.... I will take what happens as face value and move on. My goal is to be more at peace in this world. After 4 years of dancing I am happy with my exercise program and keep up with my fun me time with that! :) So really food and hydration are my wellness work this year. Not for the clothes or even to impress anyone but to feel good. I am at a place with my body and age that I want to feel good and comfortable. Life is good. Let's enjoy!
