The Explosive Action Workout Completed Arms are burning was able to complete the whole workout Triceps dips completed 10 but by the last round completed only 6. I did not have a bench so I used my 10 lbs. dumb bells and did chest presses on the floor. My metabolism is sky high which is good for me. In addition to this workout I completed an 18 minute video of boot camp style workout and a 10 minute Pilates stretching at the end. Tomorrow I am back at work and will have to get up at 5AM to complete workout and journal. I will check in later with my half way progress. Have a great day
I hope today is better then yesterday I ate a lot of junk food was I was on the computer. I some sode not a full can. Today my goal is no soda and to completed my 50 minutes of cardio to burn at least 500 calories.
