New Year and ready to get back at it! FAIL!

I was so ready to start the New Year with exercise and good food choices. Then I got sick. Not a little sick, but in pain and throwing up and in the potty and feverish.
I am just tired.

I was going to re-start my Brazilian work out yesterday. Didn't happen.

I am working on the idea of the New Lightning outfit. Just going to see where the weeks take me.

    I think alot of people are getting sick this winter. Take care of yourself. Mild exercise while sick is fine - but if you go too hard you'll just feel terrible for longer.

    Don't think of it as being sick. Think of it as an enforced rest period during which you can conserve energy to come back strong. There's a lot of 2013 left. You don't have to get it all done in the first week.

    So sorry you are feeling badly. There's been a lot of stuff going around in our area. I had it just before Christmas and was miserable!
    Hope you health improves quickly, and have no doubt that you'll be back at your workout as soon as you are able. Until then, rest, relax, and recover!

    Getting sick is not something you have control over, don't beat yourself up for that.
