Well today I am going to try changing my workouts. The first thing I am going to try are resistance bands. I have tried them before, but I wasn't real comfortable with them. I am going to use 1 of Coach Nicole's videos and see how it works. The 2nd thing will be to increase the weight of the dumbbells I,ve been using. I have beed using 4# weights now I will try the 5# weights. I think this will be a good start for this week. Next week I intend to join the gym.
