It has taken time, effort and energy but I have hit my 1st major milestone I am down 30+lbs and have reached 250lbs
As a fluke yesterday I got on the scale after breakfast and it read 250.
It has taken longer than I thought but I am getting there
I am still determined and will continue making the positive choices and not beating myself up when I slip up or skip a workout.
I am still bad at tracking and blogging but I am doing the step and making the changes. Forward and down.
