Back to work this morning and did manage to get my pre-work exercise goal accomplished.

So, one happy checkmark in the getting-things-done column for me, before 9am, no less!

My other health-and-fitness plans for today:

*food journal
*another 15 minutes on the bike
*kettlebells

    I like the reminder from you to go back to 'goals for theday' and 'writing it down'. I always had the best luck and accountability doing it that way. Time to dust off my journal. Or use the accountability thing that spark provides!
