Day One- Success

Wednesday, January 02, 2013

Well I have not started all of my intentions (what I am calling my resolutions) because there are still something I need to get out of the house and on my budget I can not afford to just throw away food. So although I am still eating relatively healthy some of the food are still somewhat processed. But I am moving in the right direction- yesterday I made a yummy soup and added to the sparks recipes so I can track it- I premade some breakfast eggwhite and spinach quiches- and I made some banana oatmeal flaxseed muffins that I also put on sparks recipe for easier tracking. I did my live fit day one workout, took the dogs for a 40 minutes walk (didn't burn much- I am working teaching them how to loose leash walk so a lot of time stopping and talking), I did 20 minutes of yoga and 10 minutes of pilates (YEA for sparks videos). I stayed in my calorie range and I a pretty satisfied with my accomplishments for the day. I took time to journal and this morning I started my skin care regime and put on makeup- I did not do my hair but I did leave it down for the day which is better them my usual go to ponytail. So a successful first day which I am hoping leads to a successful second day as well
