I'm on my way

I have started the new year well so far. Ate healthy all day yesterday, got my threadmill in , and a collage made to hang over the threadmill. I also texted my daughter and told her I would text the 1st of each month and give my weight to her. That will keep me honest and someone to report too on results. She said I was looking good but would be there for me and write it on her calendar when I was to text her. We have no plans on trips this winter but do have tickets to see Don Williams in July. So goal is to get to the 160s by then. We also are thinking of a bus trip in October to the Smokey Mountains, which I have to get busy and get reserved. So really want to be fit for that one.

As you tell I am a morning person so always caught up with all early in the morn. It is now time to get to the threadmill, so all have a good day. Zumba starts back up tonight so can't wait to get started again. emoticon emoticon
