Simple this year
I intend to take care of myself instead of every body else.
I intend to finish what I start
I intend to be more creative (I have a list of projects but the important part is making time for creativity)
Prayer and meditation- Audio Bible in a year. -I'm doing this not really as an intention, just feels right.
I weighed, measured, and put the scale away.
A lot of what I have is water bloat from being sick and meds, and I don't wanna focus on that. I will be excited to see results in a month.
Breakfast eggs and pumpkin
lunch steak and sweet potato and raw veggies
snack, grapes, apple,almond butter,raw veggies.
Dinner fish and salad.
lots of water and tea.
workout with trainer tonight and will see how I feel when Iget home.
Long Day today after being out of office for two weeks.
