Today I weighed 152.6.... absolute heaviest I have been in a long time.... gonna finish my coffee and take a protein drink and water and hit the gym... then come back and fill refrigerator with all my go to snacks and meals... I will get this back under control.... I will lose 15# by the time I go see my daughter March 15 in Texas....
