where does the time go to? It seems like we just ushered in 2012.
Well it's a new year and it's time to get back on track with my eating and exercising.
Yesterday started out great with a virtual 10k walk/run. I've been a little lax in my running since my doctor told me I need to do other things. But, I'm back and I will continue to cross train like he wants, but still get my running and walking in there.
