where does the time go to? It seems like we just ushered in 2012.

Well it's a new year and it's time to get back on track with my eating and exercising.

Yesterday started out great with a virtual 10k walk/run. I've been a little lax in my running since my doctor told me I need to do other things. But, I'm back and I will continue to cross train like he wants, but still get my running and walking in there.

  Keep up the good work. It is hard to get into the exercise mood this time of year but think of how good it feels when you are done.
