It's a new year and I'm officially another year older today. I am starting today to build a new and improved routine for myself. There are things I want to do each day: waste less time, learn something new, clean and organize something, read, work on a craft or do something fun for me. I want to plan time each week for family/friends. I want to improve my budget - track where my expenses are, work on saving money, think about what I am spending money on. I want to expand my meal planning - get some more variety in what I eat. I want to vary my exercises and cardio - maybe take an exercise class or maybe get a video or two. I realize that it will take a couple weeks or so to really get it more of the way I want it. It will take awhile for it to really become routine.
I've got a lot of "I want" statements in there. I am determined to accomplish them. I am going to start by making up a chart where I can track my activities and tweak them. Wish me luck.
