I so enjoy reading ~INDYGIRL's blog posts. THAT is a motivated woman and one whose words so easily motivate others - including me. I don't have 100 pounds to lose but to me, the 15 I do need to drop are just as important.
While reading a few of her posts this morning, something clicked. I realized that I am astonished by the simple steps that multiply into significant weight loss, healthy fitness levels and moreover improved self. Further, I realized that too often I find that I can do this on my own - while the motivational blogs are nice...I must somehow let my independence take over - and the result? Disappointment in my progress and worse - disappointment in myself. Sounds like a negative spiral and it is.
I am giving in. I realize I NEED daily motivation and support. I WILL read the blogs, the Spark book and include my household in helping me to use these great tools to effect change in me. I know my family will benefit as well.
