Tue ~ 5K
Wed ~ Abs/Core Workout ~ when the weather gets warmers, start doing the Incline
Thurs ~ Total Body w/weights
Fri ~ Active Rest
Sat ~ Total Body w/weights

General Goals to do in 2013:
Climb Pikes Peak or another 14'er


Sign up & participate in The Dirty Dash 5K and Color Me Rad 5K



Maybe try this bike race:
