Quit obsessively tracking my food for a while
Start over with three 'simple' streaks:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
2. Eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies a day
3. Go to bed before 10.30 pm
... because if I do all this, I usually have less cravings and I don't even need to monitor the rest of my food.
Go to the gym at least twice a week. I will actually start that one within two weeks, since I'll be traveling to London (yay!) for the next week and I'll probably do a lot of walking (read: shopping) there.
