Last year when I was following my life style changes faithfully and sticking to healthy portions, I came within 2 pounds of ONE of my major goals. Then I stalled, and gained. My Sparkpeople "ticker tape" with my weight was no longer accurate. I thought I could lose the weight but here it is the new year and it has not been right for months. So, I am facing my weight gain, changing the "ticker" to reflect my real weight and getting back on the program.
