Day one of redo wasn't horrible...I think I was phantom hungry sometimes...meaning not really hungry but wanted to eat. I didn't eat though. I drank some water and got busy doing something.
I stayed in my calorie range, I planned out meals for today and I did a ten minute work out...which kicked my tail. 10 minutes!!! That's scary, I have a 45 minute Zumba class tonight...this should be interesting.
So yesterday started with 148lbs on the scale...not pretty pictures but really good food jumpstart day. I'll take it.
Today is a new day and it's about time that I get to it. Make it a great one all!
