The new job kinda threw me off track, as far as working out. Only put on a couple lbs, so I have the maintaining thing down. Now I want to change that and get to my goal of 199lbs. I cant believe its been May since my last blog, which is approximately when I quit working out. I can use all the motivation I can get, so please help me out on that end with some kind words to motivate me. And if there are any new things I have missed on Sparks, please let me know.
