NEW YEAR = NEW ME

Okay so yesterday was the first day of the New Year, so I got myself back on track. I did 4.15 miles on the treadmill and started drinking just water and lots of it. I went to the store and got myself some healthy food and I am on my way! Today I am going to start tracking my food again. This is a sticking point with me. It is hard to remember to log everything. I am going to make every effort to do this. So with that all said. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Look out 2013 here I come!! emoticon

    That's a great start! :-)

    My experience is that tracking is a great motivator. Just to see the shear data raises my awareness and brings up my motivation level.

    How do you track, on a desktop, tablet, phone, or do you log in a paper diary? I only have the desktop now, but it's not perfect somehow.

    Great you have a plan. It is hard tracking especially if you work . I clean houses and try to take a lunch, or I'll get a salad . I drink bottled waters for I can keep track. The minute I get home I put it in the tracker for I want forget. Happy New Year and I know you can do this.
