NEW YEAR = NEW ME

Okay so yesterday was the first day of the New Year, so I got myself back on track. I did 4.15 miles on the treadmill and started drinking just water and lots of it. I went to the store and got myself some healthy food and I am on my way! Today I am going to start tracking my food again. This is a sticking point with me. It is hard to remember to log everything. I am going to make every effort to do this. So with that all said. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Look out 2013 here I come!!
